Suggestions for reQall:

(01) Here's an idea: Allow managing to-do items over the phone. While listening
with the "reQall option," you'd press certain keys to mark items as completed,
canceled, etc. Perhaps also permit rescheduling. Also should include ability
     to skip forward, go back.

(02) Have three time stamps, all editable:

1 - When the item was created
2 - When the item was due
3 - When the item was completed

(03) Have multiple status indicators, viz:

      1 - Pending
      2 - Completed
      3 - In progress
      4 - Postponed
      5 - Cancelled

(04) Set up reQuall for full BlackBerry access. At present, I can enter my login and
password, but the submit button doesn't respond. My BlackBerry is an 8320 Curve
on T-Mobile USA, running ver 4.5.0.42 beta.
[Resolved by release of BlackBerry app].

(05) At present to-do items are pigeonholed as today, past due, soon or later, with
those without a date put in today. Consider having a fifth category, no date,
     for these.

(06) ReQall needs a published non-toll free USA number, like Jott. Most mobile phone
users are on national calling plans, there's no saving calling an 800 number.

(07) I see that reQall now pigeonholes to-do's as today, soon, overdue and later, which
is fine. The problem is that when you call in and choose "reQall," the choices are
today, soon, later and shopping. If you choose today, you find that today still
includes overdue, while what you wanted to hear was just today.

(08) We need repeating items, a la just about any calendar program:

       1 - Daily
       2 - Weekdays
       3 - Biweekly
       4 - Monthly
       5 - Yearly

(09) On the BlackBerry app, when you check an item as completed it disappears from view
immediately, unlike the browser view where it hangs around. There needs to be a
way to view recently completed items.

(10) Presently your only choice is email notification for all or none. Like Jott, reQall
should allow you to hav email notification only for those items you choose.
